Since 2021, Nexode Consulting GmbH has advised enterprise customers on application security and DevSecOps. In these engagements we spent years introducing, operating and selling security tools from leading US vendors — and saw again and again that they do not fully meet the requirements of large enterprises: for compliance and standards, for the way decisions have to be documented, and for established development workflows.
Farion brings together the experience of many years in which we have optimised secure software development together with our enterprise customers.
Farion was founded by Christoph Ebeling, founder of Nexode Consulting, after years of building cloud-native platforms, security automation and DevSecOps systems in complex enterprise environments. The same problem kept recurring: scanners generated large finding queues but rarely answered whether a vulnerability was reachable, exploitable and worth fixing first. Farion was built to close that gap.
